Cherished Hearts is a trusted service provider dedicated to the advocacy of individuals with intellectual and emotional disabilities. Community Living Support is our service provided to those either living at home with their family or in the community in their own homes..

• In either case, the goal is to support individuals to live as independently as possible by providing coaching and assistance in the areas of requested bt the persons and/or the family

• Areas of thinking might include, but not limited to, meal preparation, bill paying, grocery shopping, personal hygiene, and using public transportation.-As with all our services, we support individuals to become part of their community. We recognize that community inclusion and access is especially important for those living independently. - This service provides opportunity to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency through community inclusion and participation. Supports will be provided in the community settings.

• Money management

• Non-medical care

• Socialization and relationship building

• Transportation to and from hoe to community activities

• Participation in community activities and recreation opportunities

• Accessing other goods not listed under shopping and non-medical services

Community Access

Cherished Hearts is a community Access provider that services to potential clients in a group setting as well as on an individual basis. Our day group facility trains and assists with life skills such as money management, shopping and more. We also train and assist with daily living skills such as eating, hygiene task, grooming and more. The facility also provides an entertainment room and a media root for computer access. - Before every outing we review the various safety curriculum lessons we've discussed. we role-play scenarios in different settings such as buses, restaurants, stores, hospitals to ensure everyone has the best possible chance for a successful experience, both as a group and as individuals.
